20 Simple, Easy and Powerful Steps to Create a New Healthy Life

  • Pure Water: Drink at least 1 litre of pure water every day.
    • FACT: Your body is 85% liquid … your brain alone is 75% … and you lose almost 2 litres a day just by breathing.
    • Water flushes waste and toxins from your body and reduces the risk of developing many diseases.
  • Fresh Juice: Drink at least 1 litre of fresh juice every day.
    • FACT: Fresh juice is the fastest and most natural way to build healthy blood, like a powerful blood transfusion.
    • It also contains a high concentration of vitamins, minerals, enzymes and other vital life-giving nutrients that are quickly and easily assimilated by the body.
    • Fresh juice naturally detoxifies your body by stimulating elimination organs and healing them too.
    • Fruit and vegetables are naturally alkaline, helping to increase white blood cell count and clean the blood and tissues of bacteria, virus, fungus, and many harmful pathogenic micro-organisms, even malignant cancer cells.

As well as Steps 1 and 2 … try drinking an additional litre of herbal teas every day. Also it is very important to eliminate any acidic and toxic liquids that you drink like coffee, tea, (all caffeine), fizzy drinks and alcohol.

    • High cholesterol, Heart Disease, High Blood Pressure, Prostate problems, Uterine fibroids and even Cancer are linked to eating meat. They are ‘diseases of the knife and fork’ and kill about 2 people every minute! There is no cholesterol in plant food. Chicken causes more food poisoning than any other type of meat. Red meat takes up to 3 days to digest and break down before it leaves your body. Two-thirds of fish is toxic with high levels of mercury and bacteria.
  • Live Food: Eat more Raw Food.
    • FACT : Live food equals Life. Packed with enzymes, which are life-giving nutrient s in all foods … cooking and heating food destroys all enzymes, and most vitamins and minerals.

Eat organic where possible to avoid ingesting toxins from fertilisers and pesticides.

  • Bowel Cleansing: Ideally, you should have one bowel movement per day for every meal you eat.
    • FACT: Colon cancer kills 4 times more people than AIDS. Most people suffer with some type of digestive complaint or disease caused by bad diet and lifestyle… that regular detoxification and cleansing helps correct.
  • Cleansing and Detoxification: Regular cleansing of your Liver & Gallbladder and Kidneys & Bladder will make you healthy and help you stay that way!
    • FACT: Working on the same principle as ‘MOT ’ing our cars every year… so we should also MOT our bodies. Prevention maintenance is much better than surgery and drugs!
    • There are over 50 known poisons and toxic substances in the average person’s shopping trolley. These chemicals combined can cause many different diseases… and could eventually kill you.
  • Breathe Deeper: By breathing deeper, you get more fresh air into your lungs and exhale more waste gas and toxins.
    • FACT: Oxygen is the number one primary nutrient to every cell in your body. Deep breathing is a powerful food for the body and also a powerful cleansing and detox aid.
    • You can go months without solid food. You can even go days without liquid … and survive .. But you can only go a few minutes without breathing!
    • If you smoke … STOP (get help if you need to) … to avoid the risk of many smoking-related diseases such as lung cancer, emphysema and chronic bronchitis.
  • Exercise and Movement: You must exercise every day. Do whatever you can, but push yourself. You should breathe hard and work up a sweat, for at least 30 minutes… working up to an hour a day. Walking, running, bending, stretching, dancing, sex … whatever – just do it!
    • FACT: Exercise is NOT just for fitness. Every function in your body depends on your moving – everything. Your blood circulation, your lymphatic circulation, nerve function, digestion, assimilation, elimination, your brain – everything.
    • Over 50% of deaths due to chronic disease are caused by a sedentary lifestyle.
    • ‘Brisk’ walking for an hour a day reduces the risk of Cancer, Heart Disease, Diabetes, Obesity … and promotes good health and well being.
  • Water Therapy: Also known as Hydrotherapy. The fastest, strongest and most effective way to increase your blood and lymphatic circulation is the application of Hot and Cold water.
    • FACT: The cause of ALL disease is some type of BLOCKAGE! Somewhere … blood supply, lymphatic fluid, nerve force, oxygen intake, nutrition, assimilation - even emotional, mental or spiritual blockage. Blood carries oxygen and nutrition, brings LIFE to every cell and organ of your body. When blood flow is restricted, that area gets sick.
    • Cold water applied to the skin surface turns it white. This is because it contracts the surface skin, muscle and blood vessels and pushes away the blood deeper into your body. Hot water does the exact opposite. The skin turns red as the hot water draws more blood to the skin’s surface. By alternating Hot and Cold water to the skin surface, you increase circulation - which heals you faster!
  • Natural Clothing: Wear cotton, wool, silk, linen, hemp and other natural fibres.
    • FACT: Your skin is an amazing organ. It actually breathes, therefore it can’t be sealed shut! Imagine wrapping yourself in cling film or sealing it in a coat of varnish … much like wearing synthetic fibres, which do not ‘breathe’ or allow airflow.
    • Your skin absorbs nutritional substances, converts sunlight to vitamin D, has its own immune system and can eliminate up to 500 grams a day of waste gases and liquids.
    • Your body, in its normal metabolic function, creates electricity. What you wear on your feet can restrict this built-up excess of electricity from being discharged causing nervousness, tension, anxiety, insomnia and emotional and physical stress that can lead to physical disease.
  • Natural Cleaning and Environment: On your body and in your house, start using natural cleaning products or not at all. Go GREEN .. help yourself and the planet!
    • FACT: Over 72,000 new synthetic chemicals have been developed since WWII and less than 2% of them have been tested for toxicity. Many are known to cause Birth Defects, Cancer and damage to major organs. The average home has more toxic chemicals than a chemistry lab had in the early 1900’s.
    • Common bleach had been linked to causing breast cancer, reproductive failure in men and behavioural problems in children along with laundry detergents, household cleaners and pesticides on food.
    • Many cosmetics and body products like aluminium-based antiperspirants can cause tumours and other diseases.
  • Stop Television: Stop watching television, especially the News. Turn it Off!
    • FACT: People who watch television for more than two hours a day have a dramatic increase in just about every serious disease known to mankind. Partly due to being more sedentary, often also snacking on junk food, whilst being bombarded by adverts tempting you with more, but also because you are emotionally stimulated, but in a negative way.
    • Watching television, especially by negative media, has been scientifically and medically proven to reduce immune system ability which protects your body from disease.
  • Clearing Out: Healing life-threatening degenerative disease takes a serious life-changing program. Getting rid of 1/3 of your possessions and clutter is one of the most powerful healing tools possible.
    • FACT: Your possessions take your attention and focus. Getting rid of 1/3 of what you own is major shock therapy, but it gives you 33% more focus onto healing yourself. Everyone has some possessions that are a burden instead of making their life easier, more joyful and adding to their overall well being. They add stress and can make you sick.
  • Relaxation: You’ve been told what to drink, eat, how to move, breathe, cleanse and what to wear …. Now I want you to do NOTHING.
    • FACT: Regular relaxation reduces stress, protects your health, helps you heal disease and increases your longevity … so take a break!
    • In most modern civilised countries, STRESS has been proven to be the number one cause of health deterioration, vitality loss, illness, disease like High Blood Pressure, premature ageing and death.
  • Express Yourself: Unexpressed emotions, whether positive or negative, makes you sick. You must learn to express them, EXPRESS YOURSELF, and get them out!
    • FACT: Emotional poisons will grow a tumour just as fast as a chemical poisons.
    • Part of expressing yourself is letting it out – your thoughts, your feelings, your emotions, your anger, your rage, your love. Whatever is brewing up inside of you .. let it out! Being emotionally constipated is as deadly as being physically constipated in your colon.
    • Tears have been found to contain many metabolic chemicals form the body, especially ones that build up during stress. It is now known that by releasing them and crying, many stress chemicals are also released.
  • Help Others: Help someone every day.
    • FACT While everyone is rushing around, I want you to stop and take time to help someone. It’s fun, you’ll feel good and it is healing to your mind, body and spirit. The ‘Good Samaritan’ effect has been shown to be beneficial to heart disease, neurological diseases and a host of their stress-related disorders.
    • By creating a moment in time when you shift your attention from constantly dwelling on yourself and your disease, to someone else.. this will prove to be a very healing and magical moment.
  • Laugh More: I want you to learn 100 jokes – only kidding! NOT I AM NOT KIDDING!
    • FACT: Being sincere is good, but being too serious is not. Stress damages your immune ability is the primary cause of disease. A good laugh a day literally keeps the doctor away.
    • There are 100’s of metabolic changes that take place in the body when you laugh, not least boosting the immune system. If you are honest …you can actually feel the changes. It feels good… and if it feels good – it’s good for you!
  • More Sex: There is nothing more important than sex, because without it there is no life at all.
    • FACT: Scientific studies conclude than more sex slows the ageing process.
    • Mentally and physically a healthy attitude and action with sex can prevent many reproductive disorders such as impotence, fertility problems, prostrate problems and hormonal imbalances.
  • Listening to Yourself: Create some quiet time every day. Some time to breathe, to meditate and to practice listening to your own voice.
    • FACT: There is much more to life on earth than what you see and what you can actually touch and put your finger on. Follow what is in your gut, in your heart, and in your soul … and take tie to breathe, meditate and listen…

  • Love Life: Be Bold, take the leap, shout out loud: I LOVE MYSELF! It all starts right here, RIGHT NOW!
    • FACT: If you walk around all day frowning, not loving what you do and not loving yourself, then prepare yourself because disease and illness are not far away. Make up some of your own affirmations … or refer to those by Louise Hay in ‘You Can Heal Your Life’ … and say them daily – as often as you remember. Tell yourself how good you are at doing things, how much you love your family, your job, everything.
    • It is now medically and scientifically proven that your immune cells monitor and react to your emotional dialogue.
    • Every day upon waking … remind yourself ‘It’s great to be alive!’ and be Grateful for that!
